"Requiem" is the second EP by ColdGates consisting of improvised variations on pieces from Khan Amiri and Ashk Parde Dar.
A hanging atmosphere in a land of fear and filth.
Filth of Sin, Humility and Repent and the existence of man in this land was a beginning to this repent.
He suffers and begs for forgiveness for him and his ancestors.
خویشان را به خویشان خود بنمایند —لكن از شدت هول به یكدیگر توجه نكنند."
گنهكار آرزو كند اى كاش می‌توانست از عذابِ آن روز، پسرانِ خود را فدا دهد.
و نیز همسر و برادرش را.
و نیز خویش و قومش را كه —در دنیا— او را پناه می‌دادند.
و نیز همه كسانى را كه در روى زمیناند، تا این كار، او را —از عذاب آن روز— نجات دهد.
اما نمى‌تواند.
عذابِ الهى است."
- قرآن، سوره‌ی معارج، آیه‌های ۱۱ تا ۱۴.
«نماز وحشت» دومین آلبومِ کوتاه ماست، که در آن گریزی به قطعات "خان امیری" و "اشکِ پرده در" زده‌ایم. بداهه‌نوازیِ تنبور و درامز، که فضایی معلق در سرزمینی پرشده از ترس و آلودگی به خود گرفته‌ست. آلوده به گناه، حقارت و پشیمانی.
نیز زاده‌شدنِ انسان در آن سرزمین، خود شروعی بر این ندامت بود. آن انسان درد می‌کشد و طلب استغفار می‌کند، تا خود و اجدادِ او بخشیده شوند.
